What is Valheim?

Valheim is a cooperative open-world survival-crafting game by Iron Gate AB, set in a procedurally generated afterlife inspired by Norse mythology. Players explore, gather, craft, build, sail, and fight to prove themselves to Odin.

Progression is driven by biome-specific resources and Forsaken bosses. The 1.0 release added the Deep North, achievements, new weapons, creatures, building pieces, materials, food, mechanics, and full crossplay across supported platforms.
